you birth a child you now assume responsibility for that child. you parent that child, that child learns from you.if that child has issues, it is the parents responsibility to seek help.if that child brakes the law, then it falls back on the patent...because the PARENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT CHILD! if you are not wanting that responsibility....then don't have children.
