Private firm to take over Jackson’s engineering duties, following council vote

There have been concerns about possible changes to the dress code in Lauderdale County and surrounding districts. The Vicksburg Police Department is addressing a VPD officer captured on video swerving on the highway. Here is a direct link to the video. The video of the VPD officer swerving across lanes on the highway was posted by a concerned citizen. On the video, the unit can be observed crossing the center line and swerving back into their lane several times. The unit then swerves from the center line to the exit at Clay without signaling.
