Charleston, WV – West Virginians should brace for significant temperature changes on Sunday, with a cool morning giving way to scorching afternoon heat. The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a forecast predicting a cool start to the day, with morning lows ranging from 54°F to 62°F across the state. Mineral Wells Volunteer Fire Department receives new truck
