Ground broken on new library for Inkom community
INKOM — Work will soon begin on a new library for a community that has gone without. The South Bannock Library District held a groundbreaking on Thursday for a future library in Inkom, located at of Holstein Street and Old Highway 30 in the corner of the Inkom Elementary School playground. The Kellogg School District has settled civil lawsuits with a former student and a former employee. The separate lawsuits stem from a student assembly from the spring of 2023, when graduating senior Travis Lohr said, “Guys are guys and girls are girls. Kuna man arrested on explosives charges
BOISE, Idaho — A Kuna man has been arrested on a series of charges for having "explosive materials," said Ada County Sheriff's Office (ACSO). On July 24, Kuna Police were dispatched to a house near E. 4th Street and Orchard Avenue in Kuna for a report of suspicious activity. They began investigating, and found possible explosive devices and man suspicious chemicals were located in the garage of the home, ACSO said.
