Bobby Mackey's Music World in Wilder may be destined for demolition , but the owners are offering fans a chance to keep a piece of the venue forever.

The music venue, often referred to as "the most haunted night club in America," is selling items from the venue via auctions before tearing down the building, they announced in a press release.

Items up for auction include country music memorabilia, furniture and fixtures, Bobby Mackey's stage costumes, items related to the venue's paranormal folklore and yes, the mechanical bull.

"Many memories and a few scares, there’s something for everyone. Check back often, the catalog will be coming soon," reads the auction posting .

Potential bidders can preview items from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 10 at the Wilder venue, according to a press release from the auction broker. Auction organizers ask that only adults attend the preview event.

The auction will take place online on Aug. 15 starting at 7 p.m.

Purchased items can be picked up or shipped to the buyer, who will be responsible for shipping costs, according to the auction website.

In March, the venue announced plans to demolish their old building by the end of the summer and build a new one-story bar on the property, The Enquirer previously reported .

Bobby Mackey's is temporarily operating out of the former location of Mugbees Biker Bar and Restaurant. Owners Bobby and Denise Mackey have their sights set on moving into the new permanent home by roughly 2026.

History of Bobby Mackey's Music World

The grounds Bobby Mackey's calls home used to be the site of a 19th-century slaughterhouse, which was later torn down. In the 1930s, entrepreneur Buck Brady opened a nightclub on the land called the Primrose Club, which was supposedly taken over and run by the mob.

The nightclub was renamed the Latin Quarter and eventually shut down in the 1950s before reopening as the Hard Rock. After the Hard Rock closed in the 1970s, country singer and Kentucky native Bobby Mackey opened Bobby Mackey's Music World in 1978, as it remains known to this day.
