Man arrested after his vehicle collided with bicycle and he tested positive for drugs
BEDFORD – A Bedford man was arrested on a warrant on drug-related charges after the report of an accident at the intersection of 5th and M Streets on March 31. When police arrived, they found a vehicle had collided with a bicycle. Police found a woman on the ground next to her bike. The woman, who was 12 weeks pregnant, complained of pain in both legs and her neck.
