RICHLAND TWP., Pa. - Drivers looking to refresh their rides will soon have another car wash option in upper Bucks County. Tommy's Express Car Wash, a rapidly growing car wash chain delivering “the ultimate shine to love your ride,” is expected to open in August at 920 S.
