“Illinois Troops at the Battle of Gettysburg” Leads July 16th TAPS ON TUESDAY
On Tuesday, July 9th, “Taps on Tuesday” was sounded at 6:00 p.m. in a light rain, but the program on “Illinois Troops at the Battle of Gettysburg” was postponed until this week’s “Taps” Program. This week’s program hosts and speakers are Greg Green, Larry Weatherford, and Tara Auter. Rebecca Woodrum will perform the National Anthem, and “Taps” will be presented by Ruth Sowers. “Taps on Tuesday” is held each week between Memorial Day and the day after Labor Day at the Soldiers Circle at Spring Hill Cemetery in Danville. CANTON (25News Now) - The Fulton County Coroner has released the identity of a Canton man who was found dead in a home Saturday afternoon. The coroner identified the man as 61-year-old Christopher P.
