Another problem I witness alot is parents OR caretakers of children smoking Pot in the vehicle with small children also in the vehicle..You can not tell me that because Pot is legal that it is OKAY to smoke it in the moving vehicle with small children and babies AND THAT THE CHILD DOESN'T GET HIGH FROM THE SMOKE!! PARENTS OUT THERE...WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE KIDDING???

I am so Glad to See That the ISP are conducting these safety checks..AND the CHECKING OF SEAT BELTS..PARTICULARLY OF BABIES AND CHILDREN THAT ARE NOT BEING PROPERLY SECURED IN CARSEATS..IF PARENTS WOULD GET INTO MORE TROUBLE FOR NOT PROPERLY SECURING THEIR CHILDREN THEY WOULD BE MORE APTED TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF THEIR CHILDREN....I MYSELF THINK THAT A CHILD UNDER AGE OF 8 SHOULD HAVE TO BE RESTRAINED IN A CARSEAT AJUSTED FOR THEIR SIZE...AND IF NOT A CHLD ENDANGERMENT CHARGE SHOULD BE ISSUED....
