Man facing violation of sex offender registry charge after traffic stop
WILLIAMSON COUNTY (KBSI) – A man faces charges after failing to register as a sex offender. Williamson County Deputies conducted a traffic stop off of Illinois Route 13 and Shawnee Trail near Carterville, IL. During the stop deputies discovered the driver, Timothy L. Holmes, is non-compliant with his required sex offender registration.
