Adin Hastings, who will be a senior at Williamsport High School, went 12-0 with five pins and two major decisions to earn All-American honors at the AAU Wrestling Scholastic Duals in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., competing for Anchor Wrestling out of Shippensburg, Pa.

The competition was held June 24-26 at the Broward County Convention Center. As a team, Anchor Wrestling finished 5-7.

Hasting won 11 matches at 215 pounds and one at 190.

Wrestlers who went undefeated, competing in at least six matches, earned gold medals and All-American status.

In his three years at Williamsport, Hastings has compiled a 130-7 overall record. He was the Maryland 2A-1A state champion at 195 pounds as a sophomore and a state runner-up last season.
