Columbus City Council hosts final Summer Splash of the year

The free event features music and free frozen treats, but is more about providing a safe place. CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A Chillicothe man managed to escape police custody early Thursday morning after being approached in an alley near S. Mulberry Street.
