Authorities rescue kitten from storm drain in Ross County
CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Several agencies in Ross County jumped in to help save a kitten that was trapped in a storm drain earlier this week. A Ross County sheriff’s deputy called the Fayette Regional Humane Society about a kitten trapped in a storm drain in the 200 block of South Watt Street in Chillicothe on Tuesday night.

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office has identified the woman who was killed Thursday afternoon in a fiery vehicle crash on Interstate 270 in southwestern Franklin County. Latitude 525 proposal could build almost 400 'affordable' units after demolishing towers
The two towers of Latitude 525 would be demolished under a new proposal currently under court consideration. The Columbus City Attorney's Office said in a statement the sale of the property could close by the end of the year. Demolition could begin in 2025.
