The Niagara music scene is mourning the loss of a legend. Rick Rose passed away peacefully on Sunday with his family by his side at Greater Niagara General Hospital. The warning was for Essex County. "The Flood Warning will expire at 9:30 p.m. this evening for portions of northern New York, including Essex and Vermont, including Addison and Rutland county counties. The heavy rain has ended. BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man has pleaded guilty for his role in an incident that injured a Town of Tonawanda Police officer last year. Dareious T.
