July 18 (UPI) -- Police in Texas said a dog seen wandering with a plastic bowl stuck over its head has been captured and freed from her predicament. 18-year-old arrested, charged in shooting of Uber driver, police say
SAGINAW, Texas — Police announced the arrest in a June shooting where an Uber driver with three passengers inside was critically wounded in Saginaw. The shooting happened at approximately 8:46 p.m. on June 24 in the 200 block of E. Bailey Boswell Road. Police said a second vehicle pulled up next to the victim's gray Nissan Sentra and began shooting at his vehicle. Officers found the victim, a 24-year-old male, in his car with a gunshot wound in the back of his neck, police said.
