Not only will South Jersey have 10 more days of 90-plus degree heat in July, a possible heat wave will hit South Jersey beginning on Independence Day and last through Tuesday, July 9.

AccuWeather's monthly outlook for the rest of July for Philadelphia indicates there will be ten more days of temps reaching 90 degrees or higher there as well.

According to AccuWeather, the Philadelphia region could experience heat waves from Independence Day through Tuesday, July 9, and from Wednesday, July 17 through Saturday, July 21.

How hot will it be in August?

Climate Data's monthly outlook for Wilmington calls for an average of 83.4 degrees in August.

It will be a tick warmer in Philadelphia in August, with Climate Data's forecast calling for an average of 83.9 degrees.

South Jersey will have seasonal temperatures for much of August, with Climate Data reporting the average temperature should hover around 82.8 degrees.

How hot will it be on Labor Day?

Temperatures should reach 77 degrees on Labor Day in Wilmington, according to AccuWeather's forecast.

It'll be around 82 degrees in Philadelphia on Labor Day, and AccuWeather is calling for a pleasant Labor Day in South Jersey, with temperatures reaching 80 degrees.
