I blame a majority of the issues on health insurance. The insurers dictate what care the patients receive. Insurance is a joke. It is over a trillion-dollar industry and they don't like paying for the care patients receive, or should be receiving. I do medical billing for a living. The denials are absolutely ridiculous. Health insurance needs a complete overhaul.
