S.S. Water Supply implements Stage II restrictions
S.S. Water Supply Corp. has implemented Stage II drought restrictions, continuing through Oct. 31, unless otherwise advised. The restrictions were announced July 2. According to General Manager Carlos Febus, this is due to the utility “pumping way over 3 million gallons per day of water for at least three consecutive days.”

Demolition of Sutherland Springs Sanctuary halted by judge, temporary orders issued
SAN ANTONIO - The demolition of the Sutherland Springs Sanctuary has been placed on hold, as a judge has signed a temporary restraining order and injunction in the case. This announcement from the Wilson County District Court comes on the last day that worshipers would be allowed to visit the structure.
