William Patrick "Pat" Coggins, age 76, of Wilson passed away Monday, July 15, 2024 at his home. He was born October 22, 1947 in Wilson County to the late Cicero Coggins and Lela Mattox Coggins.

Pat enjoyed going to car shows and had many friends he thought of as brothers. He enjoyed working at Boykin Heavy Duty Parts and had many friends on his route and in the Wilson area.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 53 years Faye Walston Coggins, his sister Sue Wilson of Wilmington, NC, his sister-in-law Nancy Vick and her husband Ricky, his brother-in- law Ricky Walston of Washington, NC and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 11 AM in Thomas – Yelverton Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10 AM to 11 AM prior to the service at the funeral home.
