Holly and Schraam named Wilsonville High School Athletes of the Week for June 19

Holly is a senior on the Wilsonville High School varsity softball team, and Schraam is a senior on the baseball team.

Capping their high school careers with a bang, this week’s athletes brought their all to the Wildcats in both varsity softball and baseball. Seniors Maddie Holly and Justin Schraam have been named Wilsonville High School’s Athletes of the Week for the week of June 19th.

Holly, a senior catcher on the varsity softball team, finished her last season as a Wildcat strong by being named the 2024 Northwest Oregon Conference Softball Player of the Year. On May 20, she was hitting .581 as one of the top hitters in the state with 41 RBIs.

Schraam, a 6’-7” senior right-handed pitcher on the baseball team, has thrown faster than 87 mph this season. He finished his final season for the Wildcats earning OSAA 5A All-State honors as a pitcher. He received similar All-State honors as a pitcher his sophomore year and as an infielder his junior year. He plans to attend Colorado Mesa University to play baseball.
