OPINION: Neron should continue to represent District 26

When my husband and I moved to Wilsonville a few years ago, I was keen to learn about our elected officials. I was drawn to House District 26 Representative Courtney Neron right away because she and I are both teachers.

Courtney’s energy and dedication to so many of the issues that are important to the future of our communities is impressive. As the vice-chair of the House Education Committee she has been a tireless advocate for education. She has prioritized desperately needed mental health care and behavioral supports for students. In addition, Courtney is an unwavering supporter of women’s reproductive health care.

Courtney Neron listens to us, communicates with us and invests in relationships to support all of us in her district. As a teacher, a mother and a member of this community, I'm eager to cast my vote returning Neron to the legislature to continue her work on our behalf. I encourage you to vote for Courtney Neron.
