The Sacramento Police Department has issued a call for public assistance in their search for Rocky Mathews, a 71-year-old man who has been classified as an at-risk missing person due to medical conditions. In a Facebook post of Sacramento Police Department, the department described Mathews as being 5'8" in height, weighing 160 lbs, with gray hair and brown eyes. The last time he was seen was on July 19, around 10 a.m. near Bruceville Rd and Alpine Frost Dr in Sacramento.
