CEDAR Co., Iowa (KWQC) - A one-day Agriculture Recovery Center was held in Cedar County Thursday to help Iowans recover from spring tornado and storm damage, according to a media release. The event was held from noon to 8 p.m. in the Matthews Building at the Cedar County Fairgrounds in Tipton, Iowa.
