OPA LOCKA, Fla. – Opa-locka police arrested a man Monday who they said fatally shot his co-worker following an argument they had at work. Authorities said officers were dispatched just after 6 a.m. to Arrow Asphalt & Engineering, located at 3051 NW 129th St., after receiving reports of gunshots.
