TikTok star opens ‘pretty alright’ diner in Upstate NY

(TNS) In mid-May, the chef and new restaurateur Dylan Longton told his 183,000 TikTok followers that he welcomed mugs themed to their hometown or state and would feature them in his Pretty Alright Breakfast Club, an Upstate New York diner that takes the place of the former Gracie’s Kitchen in Voorheesville. It started serving quietly last week and formally opens today.

A community is mourning the loss of one of their own after the severe storms that ripped through Central New York claimed a life. One person was killed in Canastota from the storm on Tuesday, July, according to village administrator Jeremy Ryan, who said most of the damage was along Barlow Street where a mandatory evacuation was issued.
