it is such a great program. it is a very hard thing to do but it works if tou put the energy into it and believe

These "Specialty Courts" are how crime data is manipulated. There's not less crime...There's just fewer people going to jail because of these courts...These courts are FULL. Just like Aquilina's little gun court which I do understand to a point or until there's a"repeat offender".
