Sheriff’s Telecommunicators, K9 Teams Collaborate to Arrest Fleeing Man Who Threatened Roommate
Last night, Lake County Sheriff’s Telecommunicators, Lake County Sheriff’s Deputies, and Lake County Sheriff’s Canine Teams worked together to apprehend a violent man. On August 30, 2024, at approximately 10:15 p.m., Lake County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a residence in the 24800 block of West Crabtree Lane, Ingleside, for a report of a man threatening a roommate with a knife. Sheriff’s deputies arrived and spoke to the victim, who said Sebastian Homuth, 30, of the same address, became enraged the victim was using the microwave.

Man convicted of first degree reckless homicide for fatal overdose in Fond du Lac County
FOND DU LAC COUNTY (WLUK) -- A Milwaukee man was convicted of first degree reckless homicide for delivering the drugs used in a 2020 fentanyl overdose death. 23-year-old Derrise Townsend Jr. pleaded no contest to the charge, Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney announced Friday. Bond was revoked and sentencing is set for Dec. 2.

Car torched on Milwaukee's east side, no charges filed
MILWAUKEE — The horn from a car alarm jolted an east side woman out of bed July 8. She ran outside to find her car up in flames.
