Cranbury School District has found a new business administrator to succeed current administrator David Weidele. Karin Weiner, who is currently a mathematics teacher at the school, is being recommended by the district administration to fill Weidele’s position as business administrator after his resignation takes effect at the end of the month.

I have waited to write this letter to the Cranbury Township Community due to the holiday rush of activity during the holiday season of December. It is possible that many of the residents of Cranbury may not know that Carol Malouf, former teacher, vice principal and superintendent of Cranbury Township School district passed away on Dec. 14, 2023. Carol served with me while I was superintendent, 1989-2001. She succeeded me upon my retirement.

The blood drive volunteer is an integral member of our team whose tasks include assisting donors with registration and/or at the refreshment area. No medical background necessary. Volunteers should be outgoing to provide friendly customer service, be able to perform tasks as needed and must provide proof of COVID Vaccination prior to volunteering. Must have transportation. All training is provided including additional precautions for the safety of our team and blood donors. Deer management to continue through new year
The Mercer County Park Commission has been approved for a Community Based Deer Management (CBDM) permit from the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife. The CBDM permit allows for additional opportunities to improve forest understory and the overall ecological condition of natural areas through deer reductions beyond standard state hunting regulations. Reducing deer overpopulation also improves public safety by reducing deer-vehicle collisions, according to a release through Mercer County.
