(WBFF) — Victor Martinez-Hernandez was indicted by a grand jury in Harford County Circuit Court in connection to the murder of Rachel Morin. Martinez-Hernandez will be back in court on July 22. Martinez-Hernandez was arrested in Tulsa on June 15 for the murder of Morin in August of 2023.

Police issued an arrest warrant for a man they have charged with allegedly raping a child in Adams County, according to court records. Warren Schelhaus, 40, who was identified as an East Berlin resident in 2022 court documents, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with felony counts of rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, sexual assault, and indecent assault to a child, in court documents filed on Monday, June 24, 2024.
