Middletown man accused of assaulting victim in elementary school parking lot
MIDDLETOWN, Pa. — Police in Dauphin County are searching for a man accused of assaulting a victim in an elementary school parking lot. Future Waid, 35, of Middletown, is charged with simple assault, strangulation, and harassment in connection to the alleged incident, which police say occurred around 9:40 p.m. last Friday in the parking lot of Reid Elementary School.
State police issue warrant for man accused of raping child in Adams County
Police issued an arrest warrant for a man they have charged with allegedly raping a child in Adams County, according to court records. Warren Schelhaus, 40, who was identified as an East Berlin resident in 2022 court documents, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with felony counts of rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, sexual assault, and indecent assault to a child, in court documents filed on Monday, June 24, 2024.

Death reported at Camp Hill prison for 2nd time in 3 days
A 50-year-old man died at SCI Camp Hill this week, officials said on Wednesday, one day after announcing another man was killed by his cellmate. Bryan Conrad, 50, was found unresponsive in his cell on Monday, the Department of Corrections said in a Wednesday news release.
