    At the beginning of 2024, Mugen, the 34-seat dining room inside of ESPACIO The Jewel of Waikiki , went through an update aimed at bringing the space into a new era—one that evokes a warm and welcoming backdrop for an exquisite culinary journey. Featuring a living wall installation, handcrafted Moroccan lighting fixtures, and a vibrant blue Carrara marble bar and wall, Mugen is proving to be a feast for all the senses.

    On Wednesday, August 21, the restaurant is unveiling its latest culinary offering to the Infinity Wine Dinner series, boasting the bombastic and hedonistic theme: Take a Bite on the Wild Side .

    Mugen, meaning “infinity” in Japanese, launched this wine dinner series earlier in the year to showcase the restaurant's innovative cuisine and elegant wine collection. The five course tasting menu invites guests to embark on an exotic culinary expedition, curated by Executive Chef Colin Sato and Sommelier Douglas Preisel. Menu highlights include Bison with Black Garlic Blueberry Reduction, Squab with Maui Beets and Five Spice Jus and Wild Boar with Ulu Gnocchi.
