BESSEMER, Ala. (WBRC) - The State School Board will vote in a few weeks on whether to accept the intervention agreement the Bessemer City School board passed Monday night. Now that the board has approved the state intervention, the state school board will vote on the issue during their Aug. 8 meeting.

Cullman City Council approves purchase of building to house Cullman Community Theatre
CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman City Council on Monday, July 22, 2024, approved the purchase of the facilities of the former Clark Street Church of God and Calvary Apostolic First United Pentecostal Church, to create a 200-seat community performing arts center.
