CHARLOTTE -- I submitted my Preseason All-ACC ballot, which includes Preseason Player of the Year and Predicted Order of Finish, on Tuesday morning. Voting is limited to media who are credentialed for the ACC Kickoff. Voting began on Monday, July 22, and will conclude on Sunday, July 28.
