This is going to drive the residents of C.P. into massive debt. The tax bill alone is insane. The residents have to pay to hook into the system, which isn't cheap. They also have to then pay to have their septic tanks, crushed and filled. There are many new builds in the subdivision, I would be livid, if I just paid for a new septic system only to be told I now have to convert.
