Brookshire Grocery Co. to Acquire Mac’s Market in Jena
TYLER, Texas, July 22, 2024 – Brookshire Grocery Co. (BGC) and Mac’s Market announced today that they have entered into an agreement under which BGC will acquire the Mac’s location in Jena, La. This location will become a Spring Market store following a short closing for conversion next month.
