The rankings say the second-best transfer portal class in the Big 12 and a group that ranks No. 22 nationally belongs to UCF. The injection of talent on offense and defense comes at a good time. The Knights stumbled in their first season in the Big 12. UCF also ranks No. 101 in the returning production rankings curated by ESPN's Bill Connelly -- that's No. 121 on offense and No. 68 on defense.
