Key questions for Iowa State football to conclude fall camp
Iowa State football is putting a cap on its 2024 fall camp, beginning game prep for the regular season this coming week. The Cyclones return the most production in the country, with an opportunity to meet or exceed its seven-win total from the 2023 season. Semi-Truck Driver Falls Asleep Causing Fiery Collision on I-96 in Berlin Township
Early morning commuters on I-96 in Berlin Township were met with a fiery scene as two semi-trucks collided, leading to a blaze and a temporary blockage of the westbound lanes. The Ionia County Sheriff’s Office reported that the crash occurred around 9:10 a.m. Wednesday, when a 50-year-old Highland Park man driving one of the trucks fell asleep at the wheel, according to WOOD TV. The sleeping driver's semi veered off and struck another truck, driven by an Iowa man, which led to the Highland Park man's vehicle catching fire.
