JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio — A Jefferson County, Ohio man and woman are facing felony charges after courtroom video surveillance catches them allegedly swapping urine to pass a drug test.

According to 7News affiliate Herald-Star , Grand jurors returned indictments against Khloe Louise DiBiase, 31, of Wintersville, and Keith S. Landon 39, of Bergholz are facing felony charges of tampering with evidence plus a misdemeanor charge of obstructing officials business.

Herald-Star reports that authorities suspected DiBiase of being under the influence when she arrived for a pre-trial conference for a 2023 drug arrest. DiBiase was requested to take a drug test, but she told officials she could not at that time.

According to Herald-Star, officials suspected DiBiase of having a friend get her an empty hand sanitizer bottle and having Landon urinate in it when her attorney and the prosecutor went into the judge’s chambers to discuss scheduling issues.

It is reported that Landon allegedly returned from the restroom and handed DiBiase the bottle of urine that she then shoved up her sleeve and told court staff that she was ready for the test.

Officials say the entire interaction was caught on the courtroom’s surveillance cameras.
