WAYNE (WGME) -- Three people are facing charges after an ATM was stolen from a Maine ice cream shop in Kennebec County. Maine State Police say the ATM was stolen from Tubby's Own Ice Cream in Wayne early Thursday morning. The Annual Lobster & More community event returns to The Lincoln Home Saturday, August 10, with a lively five member bluegrass band, The Sandy River Ramblers. Troop 213 Spend Week at Camp Hinds

Brunswick Crash Leaves Elderly Woman and Deputy Injured
Two people, including Maine deputy Todd McGee, were injured in a crash yesterday, July 24, on on Harpswell Road in Brunswick. Reportedly, Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office Deputy McGee, with his lights on, attempted to pass several cars, when a vehicle driven by a 71-year-old Topsham woman began turning left into the deputy’s path, resulting in the crash. She has serious but non-life-threatening injuries, while the deputy was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
