MADISON - On the evening of December 25, 2023, at approximately 10:15pm, law enforcement authorities from the Madison Police Department responded to a reported incident of an attempted carjacking. The incident took place at the 4900 block of Spaanem Avenue and involved a group of at least three suspected individuals. During the course of the occurrence, it was reported that one of the suspects brandished what appeared to be a firearm.
