In-Person event with Democratic candidates planned

MARINETTE — Three Democratic candidates — Dr. Kristin Lyerly, Andi Rich and Ben Murray — will be at the Marinette Senior Center, 1603 Ludington St., Marinette, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday. The candidates will meet with voters and discuss issues with them.

Lyerly, candidate for Wisconsin’s 8th US Congressional District; Rich, candidate for Wisconsin’s 12th Senate District; and Murray, candidate for Wisconsin’s 36th Assembly District say they are looking forward to this in-person opportunity to interact with Democratic voters in their districts.

“This is a great opportunity to meet a new generation of Democratic Party candidates stepping forward to protect our freedoms and secure our right to safe water, good schools, and affordablehealth care,” said Marinette County Chair Tom Faller.
