AP Top 25 College Football Rankings Prediction: Final 2024 Preseason Projection

We did this before a few weeks ago, but it seems like things changed a bit.
The preseason AP Top 25 college football rankings are coming out August 12th, and the voters are submitting their ballots.
Do they know the ins and outs of all 134 teams? No, at least a very few do.
They're going off of what they've read in print magazines that were obsolete and outdated the moment they went to press, or they've read every single word of preview content written by a brutally sleep-deprived group - hand raised as a part of it all.
And yes, a whole slew of the AP voters do know their stuff.
Below isn't the actual 2024 Preseason AP Top 25 Poll. It's our last stab at predicting what the voters are thinking.
