Mirabito acquires Barker Oil Services

(WIVT/WBGH) – Mirabito Energy Products has acquired a family-owned oil business in hopes to expand its fuel services.

Mirabito announced on Tuesday that it has acquired the fuel delivery assets of Barker Oil Services, a company operated out of Glastonbury, CT.

The acquisition aims to expand Mirabito’s Home Comfort and Commercial Fuels operations in Connecticut.

Barker Oil serves as a trusted full-service oil company. Mirabito says it is honored to continue its legacy.

The operations of Barker Oil Services will now become part of Mirabito’s Portland, CT operation.
