DELHI, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – A Delhi man was indicted by a Delaware County Grand Jury on Thursday for drug crimes.

District Attorney Shawn Smith announced that Khaalid Lammie, 34, was charged with three counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felonies.

Count One of the indictment accuses Lammie of selling cocaine in the Village of Delhi on January 3.

Count Two of the indictment alleges that Lammie sold cocaine in Delhi on February 8.

And Count Three of the indictment accuses Lamme sod cocaine in Delhi on February 29.

If convicted, Lammie faces up to 9 years in New York State prison. He was arraigned on October 15.
