Students become reporters at JD Lever Elementary’s Career Day

AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) — J.D. Lever Elementary’s annual career day was Friday, May 24.

The goal was to get students to think about the future. Representatives from the sheriff and coroner’s offices, local businesses, and various individuals were present.

Aiken Bureau Chief and weekend Good Morning Augusta anchor Shawn Cabbagestalk represented the media.

Some of the kids even reported on what was happening at the event.
