Shepeard Community Blood Center’s 2nd annual ‘Donation Domination’ features Georgia Bulldogs vs. Clemson Tigers

CSRA (WJBF) – With the Georgia Bulldogs and Clemson Tigers facing off on Aug. 31, Shepeard Community Blood Center is wanting to see how college football fans will compete when is comes to blood donations this week.

Shepeard Community Blood Center and Chick-fil-A are partnering for the 2nd annual “Donation Domination” blood drive to see who can donate the most blood Aug. 26-30 before the Aug. 31 game. Each donor gets to choose one team, with the winner earning bragging rights.

According to Shepeard Community Blood Center, all participating donators will receive a Donation Domination t-shirt and voucher for a Chick-fil-A sandwich for free.

“Whether you bleed red and black or orange and purple, your blood can be used to save a life right here in the CSRA,” says Shepeard CEO Benjamin Prijatel. “We need all blood types to help support the many local patients who need blood in our area.”
