SOUTH CAROLINA (WJBF) – Three dollars turned out to be a pretty great investment for one Aiken woman.

South Carolina Education Lottery officials said the winner, who was not identified in the media release, left a McDonalds and stopped in at the Price Shell on Whiskey Road to get a $3 scratch-off. She scratched off the ticket while sitting on her porch at home, winning the top prize of $100,000.

“I told myself that one day I was going to win it,” she said. “I couldn’t believe it.”
