2 GA men arrested, charged with rape by GBI

GEORGIA (WJBF) – Two Georgia men have been arrested and charged with rape and other charges.

According to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), Fredrion Javari Spells, 21, of Portal, Georgia, was arrested and charged by GBI with rape, child molestation, and sexual battery, and Wesley Travis Brown, 17, of Statesboro, Georgia, was arrested and charged by GBI with rape, statutory rape, and sexual battery.

According to authorities, the Screven County Sheriff’s Office asked the GBI to investigate the rape of two teenage girls on September 1st, 2024.

Authorities state that Spells and Brown were booked into the Screven County Jail.

Yall people on here know nothing I actually am bestfriends with Fredrion and know for a fact he didn’t do anything. He has the sweetest heart and would never hurt anyone just wrong place at the wrong time, So y’all need to get all the facts together before targeting someone on social media. This is what the news does this is their jobs. But remember you are proven innocent until guilty. Keep that in mind! I can’t speak on Wesley but I can damn sure speak on Fredrion.
