    Space X Polaris Dawn launched Tuesday morning

    FLORIDA (WJBF) – Space X Polaris Dawn launched at 5:23 a.m. Tuesday from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

    MCG researchers have a project they’re working on, on board.

    They’ll be gathering data to better understand why an astronauts vision changes when they return to Earth.

    The crew on the multi-day mission aims to reach the highest Earth orbit ever flown since the Apollo program ended in 1972.
