    Suspect arrested in deadly July shooting on Acapulco Drive

    AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – A fourth person has been arrested in connection to the July 20th shooting on Acapulco Drive that resulted in the death of 19-year-old from Augusta.

    According to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, officers and members of the Southeastern United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force responded to a residence on Bungalow Road in reference to a wanted subject on Monday.

    Marvin Hall, 20, was arrested for Malice Murder, Felony Murder & Possession of Firearm or Knife During Commission of Crime.

    In July, 19-year-old Elijah Oliver was identified as the victim in the shooting. Arrest warrants state that Oliver was caught in the crossfires of the shootout.
